Strakvlak and Visser & Visser<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Strakvlak is a product of Visser & Visser<\/a>, a family business from Breda that has been active for over 60 years as a wholesaler in civil engineering. Visser & Visser is known for its large assortment and extensive expertise in measuring, construction, and marking. This rich history and experience in providing high-quality gardening and paving tools formed the basis for the development of the Strakvlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Functional and Ergonomically Responsible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The breakthrough of the Strakvlak dates back to 2009. The idea for the Strakvlak leveling rake came from direct observations and feedback from gardeners and pavers. Professionals in the field indicated that traditional leveling tools were often heavy, cumbersome, and burdensome to the body, affecting productivity and especially the health of users. There was a significant need for an ergonomic and efficient leveling tool. Therefore, Visser & Visser started developing<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

an innovative solution for the gardening and paving industry. This became Strakvlak: the leveling tool that is functional and ergonomically responsible. It\u2019s no surprise that the Visser & Visser Strakvlak was warmly welcomed by trade organizations and occupational health institutions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Constant Innovation and Development<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Despite the success, Visser & Visser continued to invest in technology and design to further improve and adapt the Strakvlak products to the changing market needs. In 2015, the renewed and improved models were introduced: with higher side plates for better reference, a wider working width, a roof profile option, and flatter wheels. Additionally, accessories such as a seed rake and a broom were developed to further optimize the functionality of the Strakvlak leveling rakes. However, setting reference points remained a time-consuming task. After nearly three and a half years of development and extensive testing, Visser & Visser launched a laser-guided and self-leveling model in June 2023: the Strakvlak LSR. This allows for quickly and easily creating a level surface or single\/double-sided slope. The Strakvlak LSR<\/a> makes leveling work even easier<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
